Every item is made-to-order. Production takes 3–5 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping depending on your location.

Changes can only be requested within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our automated production queue and cannot be altered.

Check the Size Chart on each product page. Since we print specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size choices.

Email support@klio.com within 48 hours with a photo of the defect and the shipping label for a free replacement.
